Susan and Ron are marketing strategists who create the market by implementing new technologies and systems to give their clients the edge over other buyers and sellers.  Their Home-Finders service, After-Sale Service Program, Home Source Referral Directory, Home Buyer and Home Seller guides. Smart-Buy Home Selling Solution, website and email network offer both buyers and sellers the cutting edge of marketing and service.

And the services offered will continue to improve and grow as Susan and Ron constantly network with realtors and mortgage lenders from across the country.  Their goal is to continually learn and explore new ideas and concepts.  By implementing new systems and strategies they strive to better serve their clients and deliver a world-class real estate experience.

Adra Kryszczuk (far right) is the Client Services Coordinator.  She is responsible for organizing all of the important details for each client.  Adra coordinates all of the advertising and marketing on our listings as well as preparation of showing reports for home sellers.  She processes contracts for all sellers and buyers and synchronizes the efforts of attorneys, home inspectors, mortgage lenders, appraisers and others involved in the real estate transaction.  Adra continually updates and improves our operational procedures.  She also handles communication with clients to keep them up-to-date as the sale progresses to closing, and beyond.  Adra follows up on all the details so we can ensure a smooth transaction for you.

David Pickard (not pictured, better looking than his dad!) joined the team in 2006, bringing five years of customer service experience and a business education background.  He specializes in working with home buyers and investors to help them attain their personal and financial goals.  David passionately and purposefully guides clients, through determining their needs and desires, setting a plan of action to accomplishing their goals; over-overseeing the entire home buying process, representing and protecting seeing each client throughout the entire process.
